Historic Homes Tickets to be mailed April 1st

**EVENT IS SOLD OUT** Join Shawnee County Historical Society for a Historic Homes tour! You'll have the opportunity to see 4 homes including the Historic Landon Mansion, where Nancy Kassebaum Baker will reminisce about growing up in the home. Tickets are $75 a piece with a 2-ticket limit per person.

About the event
SCHS is holding a Historic Homes tour on April 13th from 1-6pm. During the fundraiser, you'll have an opportunity to tour the following homes:
- Ann and Jerry Palmer's Victorian home at 305 Greenwood
- Helen and Dan Crow's Prairie Style residence at 401 Woodlawn
- Garlinghouse designed home owned by Ron and Rhonda Cathey at 2532 SW Granthurst
- Landon Mansion at 521 Westchester Road currently owned by Dr. Michael and Katy Franklin.
The first three houses will be toured between 1 and 4. The tour will end at the Landon Mansion for wine and cheese and Senator Kassebaum Baker's remarks about gowing up in the home. Tickets will go on sale February 15th at $75 per person with only 100 tickets available. The tour will involve standing, walking and climbing some stairs. These are private homes so they are not handicapped accessible.
